Istanbul Medeniyet University, SBF, Department of International Relations, Head of the Department of International Law. He completed his undergraduate degree at Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1988. He completed his master's degree at Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Public Law in 1992. He completed his PhD at Marmara University Institute of Social Sciences, Department of Public Law in 1999.
YÜCEL, who continues his studies in the fields of international law, human rights, European Union Law and Refugee Law, has published studies on these subjects in Turkey and abroad.
In 1990, he started his academic career as a research assistant at Marmara University European Community Institute. In 1992, he became a research assistant at Marmara University Faculty of Law, General Law of States. In 2003, he was appointed as an assistant professor in the Department of Political Science and International Relations in English at Marmara University FEAS. Since 2012, he has been working as a faculty member at Istanbul Medeniyet University, Department of International Relations.
