Hayri TAŞYÜREK graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Law in 1996 and completed his legal internship in 1997. In the same year, he passed the postgraduate exam of the Department of Private and Public Law of the same university and completed his master's degree in the Department of Private Law in 1999. His master's thesis, "Comprehensive Motor Insurance", was published as a book by Seçkin Yayın Evi in 2001 and contributed to this then newly developing field. At the same time, TAŞYÜREK was successful in the Candidate Judge and Prosecutor Examination organized in 1996, completed his internship as a judge and prosecutor for approximately 2.5 years and received training at the Justice Academy.

TAŞYÜREK, who has been active in all areas of law and has developed himself, has worked as an expert witness in the courts for many years while practicing his profession as a lawyer. In 2019, he was successful in the Mediation exams organized by the Mediation Department and was entitled to the title of official mediator affiliated to the Mediation Department of the Ministry of Justice.

Again, in 2020, he completed the Concordat Commissioner training and was entitled to this title.

In his professional life, TAŞYÜREK, he has practiced Commercial, Corporate, Insurance, Transportation, Logistics and Industrial Property Law; Civil, Obligations, Consumer, Health and Contracts Law; Investment, Finance, Capital Market and Banking Law; Real Estate, Rent and Construction Law; Energy Law, Labor and Social Security Law; Private International Law; Private and Public Law; Association, Foundation and Trade Union (Non-Governmental Organizations) Law, Criminal Law, Administrative Law, Tax and Customs Law, Expropriation Law, Zoning Law, Personal Data Law, Public Procurement Law and many other areas of Private and Public Law. He also provides versatile legal consultancy services in the establishment, operation and management of Organized Industrial Zones and Special Industrial Zones.

With his meticulous approach and dedication, TAŞYÜREK plays an active role in resolving complex and intricate legal issues. He is renowned for providing strategic insights that contribute to informed decision-making.

He is a member of non-governmental organizations and has served as a member and chairman of their boards of directors, supervisory boards, councils and commissions.

TAŞYÜREK is fluent in English, Arabic and Ottoman Turkish and shares his knowledge and experience as a consultant at SB Law and Mediation.

TAŞYÜREK is married with a lawyer with whom he established a law firm and they have two children.
